David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be the third TA specialist, collaborating with the CEO and leaders to source globally and grow beyond 100 employees.

You'll own the candidate journey, conduct structured interviews, and help shape the recruitment stack and employer branding for an AI-first organisation. This is a fully remote role, with a focus on tech talent across USA, EU and LATAM, offering a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience with a tech focus.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates ownership and a proactive, doer mindset.
• Open to feedback and thrives in high-trust settings.
• Comfortable hiring for AI-driven products including NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and use niche channels to find talent.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for AI talent attraction.
