Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Digital Talent Hub (DTH). The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through hiring steps for a variety of technology roles. The role involves partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand position requirements, market conditions, and team dynamics, and then aligning the right technical talent to those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, coordinating offer processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will also use data and market insights to advise clients on hiring strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
