Job summary

iTalenters seeks a proactive recruiter to join our Barcelona team. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, from research and sourcing to assessment and interviews, while using social media to post offers and attract top talent.

Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients in an international environment. We value a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related fields, plus 2+ years of recruiting experience, and excellent English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holders with 2+ years in recruiting.
• Strong English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Attention to detail and clear communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all positions.
• Spearhead research, sourcing and candidate assessment at the top of funnel.
• Leverage social media for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
• Develop innovative strategies to find top talent.
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and identify future fits for clients.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on outcomes.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
