P&D Talent is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to own a balanced workflow between proactive sourcing and screening, supporting European and US tech markets. This 100% remote role in Spain offers mentorship and rapid skill growth in elite tech recruitment.

You'll schedule flexible working hours, conduct interviews after-hours for US time zones, and build pipelines with a premium candidate experience. A base salary of €20,000–€23,000 with a €300 bonus per hired candidate and ongoing salary

Formación

• 6–12 months of recruitment experience (agency/in-house).
• Advanced to bilingual English is mandatory.
• Based anywhere in Spain with 100% remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Active sourcing for top-tier tech profiles.
• Lead deep-dive technical and cultural interviews.
• Validate candidate profiles against client requirements.
• Deliver a premium candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews across Europe and US time zones.
