We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across technology and specialist functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong full-cycle expertise in tech hiring, and proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, especially in tech/IT.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced settings.
• Strong sourcing to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics/reporting tools.
• Organised, proactive, able to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Screen and interview candidates and conduct assessments with a focus on candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Track activity, identify bottlenecks, and provide hiring updates.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with regulations and policies.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment activity, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular hiring updates and insights.
• Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and relevant employment regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to technical/IT hiring.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify hard-to-find technical talent.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics/reporting tools.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience in a multinational or regional organisation is an advantage.
