Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including experience managing the entire hiring process.
• Candidates should possess proven technical recruiting skills, with familiarity across multiple technology domains and role types.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and customer-focused service.
• Experience recruiting for distributed, remote, or global teams is beneficial.
• Ability to use ATS, sourcing platforms, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in technology staffing, consulting, or in-house technical recruiting; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• Screen and interview candidates and guide them through hiring steps.
