Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business across Spain and selected export markets. The role is 100% remote, involving technical quotations, order management, and stakeholder coordination with international teams.
Ideal candidates have a strong electrical engineering background, 3+ years in technical customer support or project coordination, and fluent Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
- Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
- Experience supporting industrial customers and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Act as primary customer contact through project execution with regular updates.
- Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunities.
