Job summary

Eaton's Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business seeks a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets. This highly technical, remote role focuses on project coordination, order management and stakeholder communication.

You will lead technical quotations, manage orders from receipt to delivery, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and collaborate with international teams to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt through delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity development.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project-related communications.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales teams.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.
