Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds/CEAG business. This fully remote role focuses on technical quotations, order handling, and project coordination for industrial customers in Spain and selected export markets.

You will liaise with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure accurate deliveries and high customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical background in electrical products, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience with SAP/ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical).
Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
Experience supporting industrial customers with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review customer specs to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery with accuracy.
Act as primary contact for customers, providing updates on status and schedules.
Support sales through quotation follow-up and opportunity handling.
Provide technical guidance on catalog material for explosion-proof equipment.
Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal teams.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales colleagues.
Collaborate with international teams across Europe to ensure quality service.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for better customer experience.
