Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business in a fully remote role covering Spain and selected export markets. You will oversee technical quotations, order management, and project communication with customers, sales, and engineering teams across Europe.

This position emphasizes technical support, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a regulated, explosion-proof equipment market. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or related engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or project coordination.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications, prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with compliance and accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for customers, providing updates on status and lead times.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance on catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors across Europe to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to improve service quality.
