Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds / CEAG products across Spain and selected export markets. This is a 100% remote role requiring strong technical knowledge and customer-facing skills.

As the primary contact, you will manage technical quotations, orders, and project delivery, collaborating with European teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact during project execution with regular status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawings and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors across Europe.
