Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This 100% remote role supports industrial customers in Spain and selected export markets, coordinating technical quotations, orders, and delivery with teams across Europe.

This role combines technical support, project coordination, order management, and cross-functional communication. Fluent Spanish and English are required; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with technically engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders through project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales by managing quotation follow-ups and driving opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe in engineering, operations, and service functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvements to enhance customer experience and service quality.
