Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This 100% remote role supports industrial customers in Spain and selected export markets, handling technical quotations, order management, and delivery follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders through project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates on status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support sales by handling quotation follow-up and driving opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate drawing approvals, clarifications, and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe (engineering, operations, manufacturing, customer service).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience and service quality.
