Job summary
Eaton's Crouse-Hinds / CEAG division seeks a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and select export markets in a remote role. You will manage technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up while collaborating with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams across Europe.
The position emphasizes technical customer support, project coordination, order management, and stakeholder communication in explosion-proof electrical equipment and power
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact, providing updates on status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunity conversion.
- Provide technical guidance on catalog materials for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
