Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support our Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business from a fully remote setup in Spain and selected export markets. The role centers on technical quotations, order management, and stakeholder communication across Europe to ensure seamless delivery of explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions.

You will liaise with engineering and manufacturing teams, drive quotation follow-ups, and manage orders from receipt to delivery while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications, technical documentation and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into solutions.
• Manage customer orders for catalog material from receipt through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates on status and delivery schedules.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and helping drive opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution & control solutions.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project-related communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe including engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer service.
