Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business in Spain and selected export markets. This highly technical, customer-facing role handles projects, quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up in a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing across Europe to ensure accurate specifications and timely deliveries. Fluent English and Spanish required; a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Act as primary contact for customers throughout project lifecycle and provide status updates.
• Support sales through quotation follow-up and opportunity progression.
• Provide technical product support for catalog material and explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors to ensure satisfaction.
