Eaton Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This remote role supports industrial customers in Spain and selected export markets, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe to ensure accurate solutions and high customer satisfaction. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery.
Act as primary contact with customers during project execution and provide updates.
Support sales by following up on quotations and aiding opportunity conversion.
Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material.
Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communication between customers and internal teams.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues.
