Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This highly technical, customer-facing role supports industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in a remote environment.

You will act as the key contact throughout the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, order management, and delivery follow-up while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Responsabilités

• Review customer specifications and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt through delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution & control solutions.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and project communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues across Europe.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance customer experience and service quality.
