Job summary

Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds / CEAG division in Spain seeks a Customer Service Engineer for a 100% remote role supporting industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets. You will manage technical quotations, orders, and delivery coordination while liaising with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.

The role combines technical product knowledge with project coordination, requiring fluent Spanish and English, an engineering degree, and at least 3 years in technical customer support

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for customers throughout project execution and updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity closure.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and technical clarifications with internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales colleagues.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to ensure service quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience and efficiency.
