Job summary

Join Eaton as a Customer Service Engineer supporting Crouse-Hinds/CEAG in a 100% remote environment. You will handle technical and commercial quotations, manage orders from receipt to delivery, and coordinate with engineering and sales teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact throughout project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity tracking.
• Provide technical guidance on catalog material for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong customer relationships across distributors and sales teams.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
