Job summary

Eaton's Crouse-Hinds / CEAG division seeks a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and select export markets in a remote role. You will be the key contact for projects, quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role combines technical support, order management, and stakeholder communication within explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order industrial products and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as main contact for customers, providing updates on status, lead times and schedules.
• Support sales with quotation follow-ups and opportunity conversion.
