Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This remote role involves supporting industrial customers across Spain and select export markets, handling technical quotations, order management, and delivery follow-up.
You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure exceptional customer experience across Europe. Ideal candidates have a strong electrical/electromechanical background, fluent Spanish and English, and experience with ERP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/industrial/electromechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
- Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Act as primary contact throughout project execution and provide status updates.
