Job summary

Eaton seeks a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This remote, technical, customer-facing role supports industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets.

You will coordinate orders, provide quotations, and drive delivery follow-up while collaborating with sales, engineering, and manufacturing across Europe. Fluent Spanish and English are required; French would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products within industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders through project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during project execution with regular status updates.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and aiding opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion‑proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe in engineering, operations, and service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance experience and efficiency.
