Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This highly technical, remote role serves industrial customers in Spain and selected export markets, handling orders, quotations, and project updates.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe, provide product support for explosion-proof equipment, and ensure delivery timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management environment.
Experience working with technical or engineered-to-order products within industrial markets.
Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) are required.

Responsibilities

Review customer specifications, technical documentation and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and translated into appropriate solutions.
Manage customer orders for catalog material from receipt through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with customer expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution, providing regular updates on project status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Support the sales organization by managing quotation follow-up activities and helping drive opportunity conversion.
Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to Eaton's explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution & control solutions.
Coordinate drawing approvals, technical clarifications, and project-related communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with international teams across Europe, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer service functions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
