Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support explosion-proof electrical equipment across Spain and export markets. This remote, technically focused role coordinates orders, prepares quotations, and maintains strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams across Europe to ensure accurate specifications, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review technical specifications to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage catalog material orders from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for customers through project execution with status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-ups and opportunity progression.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues globally.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to ensure service quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
