Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This fully remote role supports industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups while collaborating with Europe-based teams.
You'll coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and sales; provide product and technical guidance for explosion-proof equipment, and contribute to service quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or project coordination.
- Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
- Experience supporting industrial customers with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations from specs.
- Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements.
- Manage orders from receipt through delivery ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide project updates and lead times to customers.
- Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity development.
- Offer product support for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
- Coordinate drawings and project communications between customers and internal teams.
- Build relationships with customers and distributors across Europe.
- Collaborate with international teams to improve service quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience.
