MediaMarktSaturn in Spain is building a brand-new Digital Consultation team. We are seeking a bilingual Customer Advisor to assist customers via chat and video, delivering tailored product recommendations and expert advice.

You will work remotely anywhere in Spain with a permanent contract, comprehensive training, and a dynamic startup-like atmosphere within an international group. Salary ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 EUR OTE.

Formación

• Turkish proficiency is required.
• Professional level in another European language (Spanish/French/Italian/Dutch).
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal product through tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Support customers with the initial setup and discovery of their devices.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value.
• Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to training materials for the team.
