MediaMarktSaturn has chosen Spain as the main hub for their Digital Consultation Services. This fully remote role offers the chance to join a brand-new international team and deliver expert support to customers through modern digital tools.

Successful candidates will communicate via chat and video, understand needs, and guide customers to the best product solutions. A competitive salary and permanent contract are provided, with full training on brands and devices.

Formación

• Excellent communication with customers in English and other European languages.
• Sales experience in consumer electronics or retail.
• Comfortable with video calls and digital interaction tools.
• Ability to build trust with customers in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Willingness to work five days per week, including Saturdays, 10:00–19:00.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products through tailored solutions.
• Support customers with initial setup and discovery of their devices.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to training materials and continuously develop team skills.
