MediaMarktSaturn seeks a Digital Consultation Services professional to join a brand-new international team. This fully remote role supports customers across Spain, using modern digital tools to deliver expert product advice and seamless setup assistance.

You will communicate via chat and video, understand customer needs, and contribute to team KPIs while developing skills and training materials. Competitive OTE and a permanent contract are offered.

Formación

• Languages: Turkish, another European language (Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch), and English at professional level.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal product through tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Support customers with initial setup and discovery of their new devices.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value.
• Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to training materials and continuously develop team skills.
