MediaMarktSaturn is expanding its Digital Consultation Services hub in Spain. We are hiring for a fully remote, full-time role with permanent contract to assist customers with product selection, setup, and ongoing support.

You will communicate via chat and video, use co-browsing tools, and help drive cross-sell opportunities while contributing to KPI reporting and team training materials. The position requires Turkish, English, and another European language at professional levels.

Formación

• Excellent command of Turkish.
• Professional level of another European language (Spanish/French/Italian/Dutch).
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal product through tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Support customers with the initial setup and discovery of their new devices.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value.
• Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Continuously develop your skills and contribute to training materials for the team.
