A dynamic customer service company is seeking a German speaking User Support Coordinator to assist customers with tech products. The role is remote across mainland Spain or hybrid from Barcelona. Remote Customer Service Representative – Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only)

Remote from anywhere in mainland Spain (excluding islands) or hybrid from our Barcelona office
Full-time · Temporary contract

  • 39h/week schedule: Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 20:00
  • Assist customers through incoming support requests
  • Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how
  • Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch
  • Keep users updated with resolution progress

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in German and a solid command of English
  • Great communication and customer care skills
  • Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS
  • Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
