SIXT in Spain is building a new remote customer support team focused on premium mobility solutions. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, or video, assist with rentals and reservations, verify customer data, and provide technical help during pickups and self-service issues.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Fluency in German and English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, remote environment including night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with vehicle rental and pickup process and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
