MediaMarktSaturn is expanding its Digital Consultation Services team and seeks a Turkish-speaking customer advisor. You will assist customers via chat, video, and co-browsing, recommend products, assist with setup, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

This fully remote role is based in Spain and offers a permanent contract, comprehensive training, and a startup-like atmosphere within an international corporation.

Formación

• Excellent command of Turkish.
• Professional level of English.
• Previous sales experience in retail or direct sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal product through tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Support customers with the initial setup and discovery of their new devices.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value.
• Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Continuously develop your skills and contribute to training materials for the team.
