Zusammenfassung

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo system and DS1 across EMEA. You will explain technically complex issues to HCPs, SUS and FSEs while maintaining high service quality from a remote role.

The position requires engineering or medical background, multilingual communication and strong problem-solving skills. Occasional on-site work and international travel may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a medical degree with technical skills and experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
• Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are fully complete promptly; focus on remote support with some onsite training available internationally.
