Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in (biomedical/electrical/mechanical) engineering with 4+ years of experience or 2 years with advanced degree, or a medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi‑task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with analyzing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Robotic Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS, and FSE; act as liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
• Drive escalation to resolve issues; initiate field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment; own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
