Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 analytics platform. You will explain complex technical issues to diverse health-care professionals and coordinate remote service with occasional domestic and international on-site support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required
Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment
Ability to analyze technical issues and drive continuous improvement
Experience with software troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to healthcare professionals and field staff
Drive escalation processes and coordinate field service when needed
Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests
Take ownership of documentation and continuous improvement projects
Focus on remote support with occasional on-site visits domestically and internationally
Work hours 8:00–16:30 CET with on-call coverage
