Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 AI platform across EMEA. You will explain complex technical issues to HCPs, SUS, and FSEs, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a medical operating room environment.

The role requires a biomedical/engineering background, fluency in multiple languages, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Competitive salary and MIP incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering, with 4+ years experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP/SUS/FSE.
• Drive escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service support.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
• On-call 7AM-7PM, rotation among colleagues.
