Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market. You will be the first point of contact for customers in Spanish, working from home. The role includes training in English and later providing support for a global brand.

We offer paid training, health insurance from day one, and an apartment option. This position involves 40 hours per week, 12-month term with probation and rotating shifts across days and nights in a supportive, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Castilian (Spanish) and English (B1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Empathy, adaptability and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, professional support via phone, e-mail and chat
• Assist customers with account management, billing and technical troubleshooting
• Explain products, services and features accurately
• Find the right solution quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet quality and performance standards
