CB Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert (Spanish Market) to support customers for a well-known global brand from home. You’ll be the first point of contact in Spanish, receiving training in English and working in a 40-hour week with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Castilian Spanish and English (B1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, professional support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, billing and technical troubleshooting.

• Identify the right solutions quickly to maintain high satisfaction.
