You will handle multi-channel inquiries, assist with billing and accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and guide customers through product usage, aiming for top service quality. The role involves 40 hours per week with rotating shifts and benefits such as private health and meal allowances.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in tech support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support across multiple channels, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account-related matters.
• Troubleshoot account access and technical issues.
• Guide, support, and train customers on the use of the company's products.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.
• Maintain high service quality and meet customer satisfaction and quality targets.
