CB Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market. You will be the first point of contact for customers in Spanish, from the comfort of your home, supporting a well-known global brand.

You’ll undergo paid training in English, get health insurance from day one, and work a 40-hour week with a rotating schedule. Accommodation options may be available for select candidates.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish and English (B1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
• Empathy, adaptability and attention to detail.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, professional support via phone, e-mail and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, billing and technical troubleshooting.
• Explain products, services and features clearly and accurately.
• Find the right solution quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet quality and performance standards.
