Antal International is seeking a senior Business Development Director to lead the Spain expansion of an AI-powered influencer marketing platform. You will build a scalable playbook, forge strategic partnerships with agencies and brands, and drive international growth from a remote Spain base.

You will report to the leadership team, work autonomously, and shape the Spain business from day one with direct exposure to founders and executives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the media agency ecosystem with an established network.
• Proven ability to develop strategic client relationships and drive growth.
• Understanding of media planning, buying and commercial decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a market independently.

Responsabilités

• New Business Development — build and manage a commercial pipeline and close partnerships.
• Strategic Partnerships — grow relationships with agencies and brands.
• Account Ownership — be the primary contact for clients and expand partnerships.
• Client Success — own the full lifecycle for long-term retention and growth.
• Market & Product Insight — relay client feedback to leadership and product teams.
• Strategic Partner to Leadership — advise on strategy, positioning and growth in Spain.
• Team Building — later hire and lead a local commercial team.
