Job summary

indaHash is a global influencer marketing platform connecting brands with millions of creators. We are expanding in Europe and seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to grow our business in Spain.

You’ll own the sales process from prospecting through closing, build relationships with brand and agency decision-makers, and drive revenue while staying ahead of influencer marketing trends in a remote, international team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the creator economy or digital marketing services.
• Proven track record of winning new clients, closing deals, and hitting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business with brands and agencies in Spain.
• Generate opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate CRM records and reliable forecasts.
• Take ownership of sales targets and drive new business revenue.
• Use local market knowledge to identify opportunities and shape our approach in Spain.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, digital marketing and the creator economy.
