ElevenLabs is seeking an enterprise sales leader to own the ElevenCreative motion across Spain. Build pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue with enterprise creative and marketing teams using AI-powered content tools.

You will define playbooks, build the pipeline, and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to scale accounts from initial contact to expansion.

Formación

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI products to enterprise buyers.
• Deep familiarity with AI creative tools or digital media landscape.
• Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical buyers.
• Experience building pipeline from scratch in a new market/territory.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage VP/C-suite.
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish; strong English for collaboration.
• Thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive ElevenCreative revenue in your territory.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build compelling business cases.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies from scratch.
• Develop deep understanding of the AI creative landscape and emerging trends.
• Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success for onboarding and expansion.
• Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise creative and marketing leaders.
• Represent ElevenCreative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
