Joko in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Manager, Spain, to lead local brand, campaigns, and content, reporting to the Country Launcher. You will own end-to-end local marketing execution, adapting playbooks from central teams to Spain.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consumer marketing, strong Spanish market knowledge, and fluent English. You will manage CRM journeys, cross-channel campaigns, and collaborate with User Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or retail.
• You know the Spanish consumer market and how brands grow in it.
• Strong marketing judgment across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Localize marketing for Spain by adapting central campaigns to Spanish culture, language and market dynamics.
• Plan and execute Spain-specific campaigns across channels from brief to launch.
• Own the Spanish user lifecycle and CRM journeys, optimizing activation and retention.
• Collaborate with central specialists and local agencies to scale campaigns and measure performance.
