Jobgether is seeking an AI Growth Manager Ads based in Spain to lead paid acquisition for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will own Meta/Google Ads strategy, build AI-powered campaign operations, and drive revenue expansion with high-volume creative production.

You will experiment with new channels, optimize funnel performance, and collaborate with lifecycle, website, influencer, and GTM teams to scale profitable growth across acquisition journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven success scaling paid acquisition for SaaS/subscription products.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads campaigns at scale.
• Ability to build and test hundreds of creatives monthly.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end across Meta and Google Ads.
• Scale annual paid media spend toward $2M with solid unit economics.
• Develop an AI-powered advertising operating system with AI agents and automation.
• Build a high-volume creative engine producing hundreds of creatives monthly.
• Expand across YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Own landing pages and run direct, independent A/B tests.
• Ensure reliable tracking and attribution across the funnel.
