Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a high-energy, results-driven closer to lead new business in Barcelona and beyond. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, while coordinating with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to maximize win rates.

You will build a robust pipeline, target net-new accounts, and expand existing customers to deploy Lighthouse’s full platform. A hunter mindset and MEDDPICC discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of closing SaaS sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build and own a pipeline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close.
• Target net-new accounts and expand existing customers to full-platform deals.
• Utilize MEDDPICC and AI-assisted tools to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to shorten sales cycles.
