Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with OR environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS, and FSE.
• Drive escalation processes and initiate field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and continuous improvement projects.
• Occasional on-site support/training domestically and internationally.
