Zusammenfassung

Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI-powered platform across the EMEA region. This role requires strong engineering background, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.

You will provide remote technical support to Health Care Professionals, Start-up specialists and Field Service Engineers, drive escalations, and collaborate with peers. Occasional domestic and international on-site work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years; medical degree with technical skills acceptable.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and problem analysis.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as technical liaison.
• Drive escalation process to resolve issues; initiate field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment; own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are complete and up to date.
• Focus on remote support with occasional on-site work domestically and internationally.
