Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI platform across the EMEA region. You will assist Health Care Professionals, Start-up Specialists, and Field Service Engineers with remote expertise from a fully remote setup.

Successful candidates hold an engineering degree, 4+ years robotics/motion control experience, and fluent Portuguese, English, and Italian.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 2+ years relevant experience or medical degree with technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP/SUS/FSE.
• Drive escalation process and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and continuous improvement activities.
• Predominantly remote support with some onsite training across regions.
